Does paying get my tool a better rank?
No. Payment never buys rank. Your tool goes through the same published test as every other tool, and it lands wherever the results put it, including a low tier.
What exactly do I get?
We run your tool through the standardized task for its use case, using our published methodology. We publish the results with receipts (outputs, logs, timings, costs) and place it on the relevant tier list.
How long does it take?
Usually within about 7 days of payment. If it'll take longer, we'll email you.
What if you can't test my tool?
If we can't test it (for example, no access, a waitlist, or it doesn't fit any use case we cover), you get a full refund. For refunds, email [email protected].
Can I review or veto the results before they go live?
No. Results are published as they are. If you think we made a factual mistake, email [email protected] and we'll check it and re-test if needed.
Will the listing say it was paid for?
Yes. Paid test requests are disclosed on the tool's entry. The ranking itself is identical to an unpaid test.
What do you need from me?
Your tool's name and URL at checkout. If it needs an account or API credits to test, we'll ask by email.
